TheatreFIRST is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all patrons in a safe and healthy environment. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, we have developed a COVID-19 Safety Plan, which follows the most current guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC,) complies with all local and state ordinances, and agrees to all mandates put forth by Actors Equity Association, the union for professional stage actors. (Please note that all guidelines and policies are subject to change in accordance with government mandates and recommendations.)
TheatreFIRST patrons are expected to adhere to the following safety guidelines:
Vaccinations
We strongly encourage all guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending a performance at Live Oak Theater.
Mask Policy
In accordance with CA state and local policies, masks are no longer mandatory inside the building. The CA Department of Health suggests you consider:
Hand Sanitizing Stations
Hand sanitizer dispensers with a sixty percent or greater alcohol content have been installed within the theater, outside our restroom, and at other locations on our premises. Guests are encouraged to use them frequently.
Concessions
We do have concessions available to be enjoyed in our lobby before the show as well as during intermission. Concessions can now be enjoyed inside the theater.
If you are sick, not feeling well, have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone known to be or suspected to have been infected with COVID-19, or are subject to a quarantine or isolation order, please stay home. We are happy to exchange your tickets or issue you a refund. Please contact the Box Office to do so ASAP. boxoffice@theatrefirst.com
