T1U MASTER CLASS WITH A.C.T.’S JANET FOSTER

 

Casting Director, JANET FOSTER, CSA, know what she’s talking about. Her amazing career includes Broadway – The Light in the Piazza (Artios Award nomination), LennonMa Rainey’s Black Bottom, and Taking Sides (co-cast) – as well as the Vineyard Theater, Rattlestick, En Garde Arts and Playwrights Horizons for five seasons.

 

Regional work includes; Intiman Theatre, Seattle Rep., CalShakes, Berkeley Rep., Yale Rep., Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf, Centerstage, Westport Country Playhouse, ART and others. Film, television, and radio credits includeCosby (CBS), Tracey Takes on New York (HBO), The DealAdvice from a Caterpillar, “The Day That Lehman Died” (BBC and Blackhawk Productions; Peabody, SONY, Wincott awards), and “‘T’ is for Tom” (WNYC and WQXR).

 

Janet has cast for ACT for seven seasons and joins us for this special T1U master class where she’ll give feedback on your best monologue, current headshot and resume, breaking down what an actor’s audition toolkit really needs to be.
